bf is working the night shift :/

so my bf has a new job and i’m really happy for him! there was a lot of stress about finding a new job and he found one so of course i’m really proud of him! the only thing is that they put him on the night shift. luckily it’s only temporary and they’ll rotate shifts again and he’ll get a new one in december but regardless it’s been hard for us to get used to this new schedule and routine. we don’t get to talk very much during the day since he’s asleep for most of it and i stay up a lot later so i can facetime him while he’s on break. and i know this is all especially stressful for him since he’s the one actually working nights. are any of y’all in this situation too? what are y’all’s advice for staying sane during all of this?
