Please help, period, or implantation?

Hi ladies, I started getting PMS symptoms but times 100 without the menstrual cramping, but there were lots of sharp pains instead in my pelvic area. I joked to my SO and said every time i buy a test I jinx my period immediately. I finally just took a test yesterday, and realized I accidentally got a 6 days sooner digital instead of a regular line test. Said no:

Are you serious? Lol.

I use toilet paper when it first starts because it’s not heavy enough to bother with the cup or tampon, and after that I haven’t bled? I just went the the washroom and no blood at all? Surely that’s too heavy to be implantation. I’m under stress, would that shut my period off? This has never happened before.
