Cramping 8DPO (glow) or 10 DPO (FF) — feels a lot like period cramps
I have NEVER started my period early. I either start on the day I’m due or up to a week late (only 1 time since coming off BC back in May)
AF not due for either 4-6 days (30-32 day cycle)
Haven’t temped today as I haven’t gone to sleep yet
No “usual” PMS symptoms -except the cramping usually get that 1-2 days before AF & the day of
