Registry list what should I add!?

Let me preface this with a list of things I already have...
Crib, carseats, TONS of 0-6 mo clothes, 2 full packs of newborn and size 1 diapers, two CASES of wipes, a high chair, a changing table, burp rags ect, breast pump, one carseat cover, a couple pacifiers (though I am still unsure of the style I want- open to suggestions here!), we have a diaper bag, but I'm not a huge fan of it... ummm yes I think that's it... my baby brain is wreaking me today 🤣🤦‍♀️

Above are the things on our list. 
I'm trying to Include the smaller lower price gifts that are more accessible for my family... honestly at this point in my life I am more well off than they are... ideally people would chip in together to make our few "larger" purchases obtainable. 
What do you think I am missing!?

I have that swing the graconone you have on your list I got it for my first born and plan on using it with this baby as well but its loud and has a weird clicking that bugs in the middle of the night if you ever happen to put baby there late at night...sometimes it would wake my baby up from naps if she was there so just a heads up..look at the reviews

I don't know what kind of carseats you have but the carseat covers may not work. I have a Chicco and I got one of those covers at Walmart for $7 and it ended up not working. It was too small to fit it correctly and the cover would have ended up sitting on the baby's face. Just a heads up.
