When should I tell ?!

Okay so I found out I was pregnant a weeks or so ago I’m currently 5 weeks as of today (says glow) I’m extremely excited to start my family but when should I tell the rest of my family I’m expecting. I would like to tell my family around Christmas time which I would be 13 weeks or so I’m kinda scared to tell my family because I’ve always been the black sheep. Deep down I don’t want to tell them and just let them figure it out on their own (start showing). what do you guys think ? Any suggestion are helpful !

I’m 5 weeks also!! I’m not planning on telling till Christmas just because of my past history of miscarriages.. it’s so long to keep a secret but totally worth it at the MOST WONDERFUL TIME of the year lol 🎄🎅🏼

I only told my mom, sister, and best friend. I would tell anyone that you would tell about a miscarriage anyway.

I get the hesitation. I'm not planning on telling work until I'm asking for time off or social media maybe ever. Facebook can just figure it out from the photos.

Highly recommend waiting until the 13 weeks or second trimester, or at least wait u til you’ve had successful promising ultrasounds.  
This is coming from someone who has had two miscarriages at 7w each.  Now I’ve told my mother about both and I don’t regret that, but there’s not going to be any announcement this third time until things are going wells further along.

For closest family and friends of of them already know i show very fast and they will be wondering and they are my brothers and sister from church so is good to have them pray for my pregnancy, but i will tell everyone on social media on Chritsmas. I hope by them i know what im having so will be a reveal + announcement
