Blood?

Today I had ultrasound and I am 12 weeks and 1 day.
My doctor already diagnosed me that I have subchorionic hemorrhage since I was 6 weeks.
I am still scare that above the baby and behind baby’s head is the blood..
His/her heartbeat is 157bpm now.
He/she had 164bpm at 8 weeks 5 days and 174 bpm at 10 weeks and 3 days.
I am so scared now..
