My boyfriend said he thinks I’m more in love. I was shocked and kind of hurt. 
He said that he thinks one person is always more in love than the other. And that it switches through out the course of a relationship.
Do you agree with him?

It’s not a competition. As long as you both love each other it doesn’t matter who loves “more”.

I think he’s very young minded. Love is love. No one knows who loves more. Some are just more affectionate than others. Maybe that’s what he was trying to say

I personally do believe that in every relationship there is one person who "loves harder" than the other. But for me, that comes from personal experience and what I've noticed of other relationships I'm around daily. It's not a bad thing. That's just how it is.

He might be right for some couples. Everyone faces down times with their relationship or marriage. Ask him why he thinks that and what makes him believe he doesn’t love you as much as you do.

Me and my husband play and mess around with each other saying I love you more, nah you cant cus I love you more etc but it's all a bit of fun
