Conflicting directions. I was told to BD surge day. Fertility clinic says different 🤔

I’m going nuts trying to time BD right. Almost everything I’ve read says BD day of LH surge and then every other day after for 4 days.

The fertility clinic said verbatim, “The THREE days IMMEDIATELY AFTER a positive opk test represent the best time to have intercourse to increase the probability of getting pregnant. Ovulation generally occurs a day or two AFTER the LH surge.”

So to WAIT a day to start BD...don’t start on LH day.

I have also had numerous friends/couples say that’s what their fertility doc said for them too and they all have babies now.

I’m hearing conflicting information and it’s making me crazy.

Help please 😩
