Go away? No. But they did fade after a month or two, so they are barely noticeable. They are scars. They will never just go away, unfortunately.

Stretch marks don’t go away, they happen when the dermal layers under the visible layer of skin tear... there’s no way to “heal” them, per se. 
Mine started fading at about 4-5 months pp

They don’t go away, just lighter! Mine lightened up very quickly within a couple months. Everyone is different tho
