Day 4 no af

So I had my iud removed sept 26 and was on day two of af. I kept bleeding until the 30th . My obgyn said my period should go right back to normal in October. Here we are day 4 no af and negative test at drs office but positive at home . What is going on!!! Both taken within time frame
