When drinking a large amount of water (more than a cup) do you chug it or sip it ?
I know this sounds weird but the only way I can make myself drink large amounts of water is to chug. I manage to drink 9-10 cups daily but that’s because I fill my bottle up to the rim (it holds 2.5 cups). 🤦🏾♀️😂
