Off BC after 10+ years on the pill

So I was on Aleve for 10+ years and just stopped taking it mid September. My last pill was on Sept 15th. I did not get any withdraw bleed.

I am currently 6 days late as per glow. I took a pregnancy test on Oct 22nd and it came out negative.

I originally went on BC because my periods were irregular. I would only have my period 3-4 times a year. I hope my period will regulate itself soon because my husband and I have planned to start TTC. I’m going to take another text tmr if I don’t get my period but I’m not super hopeful.

I know it takes time to regulate and may take up to a year but I’m trying not to get too disappointed or too excited for anything.
