HSG experience

Hi Ladies,

I normally do not like to post but I want to share my experience and maybe help someone today. I was extremely anxious about the HSG because I read so many comments about it. Some say its really painful, others that is really fast and easy. I said to my self: I am not going to read anything else because I want to create my own experience. I am sure giving birth is way more painful so I need to do this.

My heart was beating so fast the day of my appointment. I am not going to lie, it was really uncomfortable. It felt like a pap at first and than I felt a really strong cramp ( but I was able to handle it since my cramps are normally way more stronger during my period) The doctor told me that both tubes were blocked and that he was able to unblock one. Now I am waiting to meet with my doctor to check more details of the result. I am really happy that I did it because now I know why I was not able to get pregnant. I am looking forward to see what’s next. If you are not sure to do it take the risk is always better to know what’s happening so you can do something to fix it.
