Is this implantation or just a weird knew cycle

I noticed I Had sporting yesterday just before bed on my Pantyliner (was expected as I was due for AF the next day as in know today)I then put on a tampon woke up at night to pee and change tampon as well so I pull it out and there’s only a very small spot on it though it was very weird never has happened before my AF is regular.so I then decided to put On a Pantyliner. As of know almost dinner time I haven’t had any more spotting or AF. my question is has anyone had something similar what was ur out come? I’m so confused with all this I do have tender nipples that’s the only symptom I have
