Help!

So I’m 16 years old and my last period last month was like 4 days late I’m supposed to start today but yet hasn’t come and inbetween that my boyfriend and I had sex. We used a condom and he still pulled out before. But one night we were just fooling around and he like out his dick on my vagina kinda but didn’t go in and I don’t knoe if there’s was precum but I’m really scared I’m pregnant. I have to pee like 6-7 times a day now and I used to be able to only go 2 or 3. I’ve been getting cramps and I eat somewhat a lot. I don’t know what’s going on. Can someone help me please. I’m also not on birth control:/
