DISCHARGE.. HELP ..

I’m having serious health issues right now. I’m 17 and my medicaid has been denied because my dad makes too much money. I’m not close with him and I personally don’t wanna tell him but lately my vagina has been off. I’m having horrible discharge that messes up my panties daily and I smell like fish, I’ve had BV before and i’m sure it’s this again, but the antibiotics never work it always ALWAYS come back. I truly need help. I’m tired of smelling like this and feeling so yucky, if anyone knows any home remedies plz help,
