am i wrong to be angry?

in some parts i think i’m over reacting but my mom and my older coworker think i’m in the right to be angry

so im 16 and i work at dunks to make money for college. normally i make $2-3 in tips a day but on a weekend i’ll make $7-10. i found a note saying me (and 4 others) owe a coworker $2 each from last saturday.

first, i live off my tips, so i’m saving

second, ok it’s just $2 but here is what doesn’t make sense

if someone messed up tips, he wouldnt know so how would my bosses know we owe him $12 because there is no way he made $12 in tips in one hour.

also, i just checked the schedule, i haven’t worked saturdays in over a month so i definitely wasn’t there.

what my cheap bosses are doing is they’re screwing ip ppls paychecks so THEY owe him $12 cuz they didn’t pay him for an hour but they’re dividing it up and making us pay him instead of them

and, i will say it again, I WASNT WORKING THAT SATURDAY SO WHY DO I OWE HIM MONEY?

grant it it’s two bucks so if i divided tips and screwed up i would have NO problem paying him back, but i wasn’t even freaking there

at this point u can just vote u don’t have to keep reading but this is a description of how they treat us

i work 4-7 three to four days a week (my bus doesn’t get there until 3:20 so i’d rather be 40 minutes early each day than 20 minutes late.) i’m always there by 3:30 at the latest and my boss questioned why i don’t come sooner and i tried explaining i go to school two towns away (but live where i work) and i take the bus (still in drivers ed one more class thank the lord) she just got snippy.

i said today i can kbly work until 7 cuz i have hw and 3 tests to study for on tuesday (but i said this last week) no no they put me on until 9 which really means 10:30 cuz if be closing, and they keep putting kids on on days they say they can’t work. i’m just FUMING
