Moving situation....

I’m 20 recently divorced with a good paying job, so

Question time.... because I don’t know how to be an adult. So the camper I was supposed to move into has now been traded for my parents to get a new one(well deserved for them) and it had quite a few issues pop up that’s not with the money to fix and they don’t want me to live in something that’s not reliable anymore, but that now leaves me without a place to move into in January. NOW.... I have pretty good credit above 720. I could possibly use my Amex for the down payment and pay it off over time no big deal. I have two bills dropping off shortly so I’d have a little extra money. So would it be better for me to get the camper I want? Probably a 5th wheel that I would eventually own no landlord, had a warranty, it’s brand new, furnished... ect ect. Or move into an apartment with nothing but what’s in my bedroom and wedding gifts, where possibly in a year my rent would go up. And of course I can’t afford anything in a decent area close to my job. I’ve been looking since May. And so far no luck. The prices even out to be pretty much the same honestly the camper might be a little cheaper depending on what I choose. But the spot would include everything plus WiFi. But what if I go through with it and then something happens? I know that can happen with an apartment too. And then I’m fucked. My parents plan on selling our house around June when my sister graduates. And I’d like to be stable and have a plan before then. I’m so stressed out about trying to move out and time is dwindling down. I need/want my own space. For me and my cat..... but it’s so freaking difficult. What do y’all think would be a good option... should I keep looking for apartment or have my parents help me find a camper? I’m in need of advice from more advanced adults because I’m going insane 😂
