Ocd about sperm contamination.

Im petrified about sperm being EVERYWHERE. In stores. In docters offices. Just EVERYWHERE.

Im scared that a male or female would have sperm on them or on their hands and touch or sit or lean against somthing and get said sperm on that object. Im scared then i would touch said object and get said sperm on me and then accidentally introduce it to my vagina by fingering myself or wiping after peeing, ect and then become pregnant from it.

Can someone please help me?

Can this in any way shape or form cause a pregnancy? Will I become pregnant from any of this? Is it impossible? Is it possible? Please help..

I'm contamination ocd and.. This fear makes me just want to cry.. And.. I cant handle it anymore.
