Questioning

So, I haven’t really had symptoms but today nausea started. I’ve also been very emotional. I chose to take a test, and the first test had a very very faint line. But yet I could still see it. So I downloaded a pregnancy app and changed the contrast of the picture, and it showed two lines a lot more clear this time. I’m not really sure if it means positive. Any help?
