HELP I don’t know what to do

So... my first pregnancy I had moved to New York, then New Jersey, from south Louisiana (Nola).

I worked out probably every other day, walked a TON- every day, throughout the day. We also had a 2-story rental so I would be going up and down a staircase multiple times a day- also did yoga and went hiking.

Whatever, SUPER active during that pregnancy.

I had to have a C-section which kind of threw off my fitness- I also got more lazy when it came to working out.

I am now pregnant with our second baby, and this pregnancy is very different! Lol

Everything is normal, baby and I are healthy. But, I have been SOOOO tired.

We’re back in Louisiana and it has been hot 🥵, muggy, and humid. So I haven’t been out and about a lot at ALL. Haven’t really exercised this pregnancy.

Now it’s getting cooler out, so my (maybe silly?) question is, if I start walking a lot and exercising now, will it cause me to jump start labor? Or no? I’m about 28 weeks.
