Hip and lower back pain

So started last night really bad lower back and hip pain as well as pain that radiates down my legs... have taken tylenol around the clock it has not touched it at all... took some flexeril the doc gave me in begining of pregnancy and it helped only the tiniest bit...now I'm taking a warm bath and it not helping either... I'm at a loss as what to do think baby girl dropped down into my pelvis and what causing the pain. Anyone else feeling miserable like this? I'm 36+4 today
