Paracetamol while pregnant?

I have such an awful cold with a mild temperature, i also have to be in work everyday this week. I took one paracetamol yesterday morning and one this morning but I’m really paranoid. I’m reading conflicting information online but it seems to generally be safe I would just suffer it but the fact I have a mild temperature is worrying since I know body temperature is important during pregnancy and paracetamol can help with that. All I can say is roll on next week when I’m off so I can just chill and rest 🤧
