Who else has experienced spotting?

I’m currently 10w4d pregnant. Since Friday (4 days ago) I’ve experienced spotting on and off. It’s light brown and sometimes pink mixed in with my regular clear/white discharge. I spoke with my dr office and with on-call doctors from the office over the weekend. Everyone feels pretty okay about this and isn’t very concerned. I had my first ultrasound 1 week ago and everything looked great. They offered for me to come in this week, but I have a scheduled appt in 6 days. I’m not having any cramping, but am still worried. Who else had experienced some spotting in the first trimester and still had a successful pregnancy? I think I just need some reassurance...
