Change his diet to a vegan diet as in no eggs/ meat/ fish and eat whole plant foods, get exercise, eat some nuts.
Foods that are good for sperm like bananas, squash, carrots, berries.
Don’t smoke and don’t drink.
Basically keep the body to an alkaline state and not in a acid state from meat fish diary.
I know this because I was in the same shows & it worked wonders for us. That’s if he can do that. 
My husband has meat once a month now (we have to compromise) instead of numerous times a day and his sperm quality & quantity are perfect now and I’m pregnant.
