Workers comp
So im 12 weeks pregmant. I injured my back 2 Saturdays ago. I worked 7am-3pm as a CNA. The only way they would pay for my physical therapy is if i worked 3-11pm on the weekends. Im light duty. I cant do any work at all. Im not allowed to bend, lift, nothing. Literally nothing that I can do besides feed ppl for dinner. Thats it. On 7-3 shift i can provide linen, feed for breakfast and lunch, and that's it. I told them I was not working 8 hours until 11pm just bc they need ppl (they wanted me to do my full job of heavy lifting and bending, turning patients etc. Which is how i got hurt in the 1st place). Would yall find another job at this point? This is just putting my back at higher risk, and its ridiculous that they wont let me work my actual scheduled shift. They know i cant do anything. I cant even lay in bed or sit in a chair without being in pain. Ridiculous. They also had the audacity to ask me why i couldnt work night shifts. I have epilepsy and any change in my sleep schedule triggers seizures really easily. And im higher risk for my seizures now that im pregnant and on less medication.
