Does anyone know any tips to get Pregnant🥴👍🏾

OK so my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for about 10 months now and he’s a marine so he doesn’t have much time on his hands because he’s always working and I’ve been trying to look up topics about conceiving reading books and I still have a doing everything and every time I take a test come back negative so we’re really trying to have Family !! does anyone have any tips on conceiving to get pregnant any positions lol I need to know something it’s getting to a point where I think I’m infertile I went to doctors to my OB/GYN and she told me I’m perfectly fine so what could it possibly be? Does anyone have any tips? What should I do? And what can I do?
