My 10 month old broke 3 teeth at the same time last week and he’s still trying to get used to them. He’s grazed my nipple a few times already but earlier today he bit me so hard. I yelped and pulled away and said “please don’t bite mommy” (probably a little harsher than I should’ve, but I was on the verge of tears) he cried a lot and since then he’s been on a nursing strike. Right now he’s napping so I’m hoping he was just overtired and it was overload for him and that’s it, but I’m getting nervous because I’m not prepared for him to wean yet. My goal is nursing til 12 months and pediatrician said introduce milk slowly at 11 months. Has anyone else’s LO gone on nursing strike just for a little while? 😥
