12w anxiety

Hi everyone. I reached 12weeks today, and will have my 12weeks' eco tomorrow. Everything was going smooth... until today!

Today was just crazy and I am feeling overwelmed. I felt like crying in the morning. A sadness took over me. Cried my eyes out. No idea why, other than being a bit anxious. I pooped like there was no tomorrow!! The complete opposite of my pregnant life so far. And there seems to be no food that fills me up. I am so hungry all the time!!!

What the hell is happening with me?
