I'm primarily breastfeeding, but also trying to pump and bottle feed my breastmilk to my baby so when I go back to work he will eat. Plus my nipples hurt so badly that it's a welcome break at times. I introduced the first bottle to him tonight which he gulped down so quickly then threw up multiple times which really scared my partner and me. Is this common? I am thinking of grabbing some Dr Browns slow flow bottles. I also feel guilty not exclusively breastfeeding, but I know that's just my baby blues and usual worry wart self. Have any of you breastfed and also bottle fed breastmilk to your baby? What has your experience been? Any tips and tricks? I’m scared to death to bottle feed him and have him choke on spit up now.
