I'm 39 years old and pregnant with our 4th baby. Transvaginal Ultrasound at 11 weeks 4days measured at 12 weeks 1day. Heartbeat at 167. All my friends are saying that this one is a boy... I have 2 girls and 1 boy. I don't have a clue this time around 😂
