Symptoms not as prominent

Is this normal? Not that I had too many to begin with in the first place (sore boobs, cramping, tired). I am seven weeks today, and aside from my lady friends being extremely, over-the-top painful, I don’t really have any other symptoms. I get the odd cramping, more so in the evening, but that too has decreased significantly and it definitely doesn’t last as long as it used to. I’m tired but nothing to the point where I can’t function. We heard a heartbeat 1 week ago today at 128bpm and my doctor said she is very happy with that and is not worried about a thing. I have scheduled my 11 week anatomy scan as per her request but the lack of symptoms that I have make me go hmmm.... anyone else?
