Zantac/Ranitidine?!

So my doctor prescribed me Ranitidine for heartburn but it’s $12-15. Insurance doesn’t cover it so I was wondering if you mamas were allowed to take over the counter Zantac??? I’d much prefer to pay $3-$4😂😂

I am a labor and delivery nurse. Do not take zantac. My drs office has removed it from all med sheets as it has been recalled

I got ranitidine at Walmart it’s their Walmart brand for super cheap

Zantac is being recalled. I'm nervous that the ranitidine will be next. But yes i just took walmart brand ranitidine with last pregnancy. This pregnanct milk has worked. I'll do that as long as possible, more natural.
