Lower left pain

I went to the er not knowing I was 8 weeks pregnant at the time but I had bloodwork and an ultrasound and the doctor said everything looked good heart rate of 135 and to follow up with an OB.... I’m currently 9.5 weeks and I just started having off and on pain on my left side of my pelvic. My apt was for tomorrow but the dr had to reschedule till next Wednesday. Should I be concerned? I haven’t had any spotting since I left the er. My anxiety’s going thru the roof because I will be 10 weeks next week🙈 looking for some helpful words of advice!! Thank u in advance
