My last period ended in September on the 30th.

My ovulation started the 6th of October and had sex with no protection at all.

One day late on my period took a test. It was a faint positive test. The day after I took test I started spotting with mild cramps. I’m now day 3 of spotting and it’s basically gone. Have to many pregnancy symptoms. Curious if y’all think I started 2 days late with a mild period or if I’m having implantation bleeding? I had a miscarriage a year and a half ago and this is the same thing I went through last time. Thought it was my period but it was implantation. I did make an appointment with my doctor for November 11. I want to take a test but would be sad to see a negative. I’m terrified to see a negative so that’s why I made an appointment with doctor for blood test.
