Weight loss !!
So it’s been roughly a year since I started losing weight again. I’ve been working out on and off since I was 14. I’m now almost 20 and a year ago I weighed 207 lbs. I have finally managed to get back down to 170 lbs. Took me 10 months. Here’s to hoping in another year I am around 140. 🥰 Sometimes I forget how much I’ve worked to start losing. It has been so worth every bit of the effort. ❤️
