Confused need some help

This cycle I was 2 days late so I decided to take a pregnancy test and it was positive then the following day I started spotting and got heavier bleeding I’m on day 3 and still bleeding not as heavy of a flow now but there are no clots or cramping just have super sore breast and dull ache on lower left pelvic area and also lower back pain.
