Thoughts?!??!?🤔

I could be totally blowing this out of proportion but last night I had my very first dream ever where i took a pregnancy test and it came out to be very positive. I’ve had several dreams about being pregnant in the past but never one like this . This is my 3rd month TTC we are not strict about trying just kinda of going with a flow, we don’t “schedule sex” we just do it when we want and I don’t really track ovulation but I use two apps to track my fertile week . So could this of possibly been a sign??? Or am I just overthinking ? Has anyone else had the same dream and ended up being true? Let me know, share your experiences!!
