Weird nipple question.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

So uh, I'm assuming it's completely normal, but I think what I'm really asking is what you guys do. Breast feeding moms or pregnant moms who are leaking, y'all get those little crusty type deals? Like dried up little pieces in your nipple? Do you just leave them? Wipe them out somehow? Pick them out? I'm talking like little tiny bits of what I think is dried up colostrum. I'm 31 weeks and just started leaking very occasionally, but the little tiny bits are always there. Do I just leave them alone? Seems dirty. And when I start bfing, do I gotta clean them out? Don't judge me🤦🏼‍♀️
