Leonard (pronounced lennerd...yeah, odd, just like Phoebe) is another option if you're looking to use Leo as a nickname. If you like just Leo though I think it's cute!

I'm a firm believer that if you're just gonna shorten your kids name with a nickname anyways just give them that as their name instead.
