Nap schedule?

How much is your 3 month old awake at once for? And how much does he nap during the day?

Answer

Usually he naps around every 1.5 hrs but it can be more or less depending. I don’t have a good napper and he’ll usually only sleep 30 mins at a time. 
First thing in a morning he’ll wake for a feed and then have a first nap. He’ll then have another morning nap, plus an afternoon and early evening nap.

Awake for about 1.5-2 hours and naps for about 40 mins but can sometimes be an hour+
