So I had my little girl 10 weeks ago I didn’t breast feed and my milk dried up within a week or so.

So go back a day ago I’m sat on the bed and I just scratch the top of my breast to feel a little pea sized lump I then start feeling my whole entire breast and find another one literally centimetres apart. They are above my nipple about pea sized and very firm (like a frozen pea). They don’t hurt and I have never noticed these before. They do move about I think.

Could this be anything to do with blocked milk ducts etc? Or?

I’m in panic mode as it’s the weekend and can’t make an appointment at doctors till Monday
