Of course there is training. How do you think they learn to make the drinks? Starting pay varies from state to state. 
I worked at Starbucks when I was a teenager in high school and college.

Idk but when you find them cam you ask them why there are no decent damn flasks for sale this year 😂 even the syrups are hard to come by right now

Pay varies by state.. and just like every job there is training. Especially working with food/drink. They do take good care of their employees though, even part time is offered benefits.
