Omg my head :-(
I'm on like day 4 of an on and off headache. I cant tell if its tension or pain or sounds or light it all hurts. Tylenol helps for a little while. Just did a coffe with an extra shot it helped for an hour now it's coming back. I just cant kick these my teeth my neck my cheekbones and ears and temples all hurt. Any tips at all please.
