Which breastpump?

I’ve used the medela pump and it worked really well. I’ve never tried the spectra but I’ve heard really good things about it.
My old breastpump got messed up due to flooding so I have to get a knew one. When I had my first I had a huge overproduction. I’d feed my son and still pump 8-10 oz. So I need a pump that I can use a lot.

I’ve heard the medala isn’t that great because it’s not a closed system (I think is what I heard) I haven’t looked into pumps yet

I have the spectra s2 and the s9. Never used a medella, but I LOVE both spectras. I had overproduction with my first, and used the s2 quite often and I'm still using it now, for my second baby

The Spectra is a closed system so it's much better. I was told by multiple lactation consultants at my hospital that it was the best pump for home.

Used spectra S1 with my first and got S9 for second but haven’t used it yet.
No complaints with Spectra.  I don’t have anything to compare it to but found it very easy!

I use the spectra s2. I’m a first time mom and I love it! Super easy to use, and clean. Also its a very quiet pump.

I had medela first baby and wasn’t a fan. Got spectra s2 plus this time. Can already tell it’s way smaller and quieter.
