Don’t rush the healing process.

It can take years, but if you try to rush it, it makes it worse.

Take a few times a day to completely clear your mind.

When you start to think about it, or start reliving it, do something to distract yourself.

For me, this is take a bike ride, or start cleaning, take a shower, etc.

Don’t forget you’re not alone. Never.

Never have been, never will be.

Even though it seems like you may be, many people know your pain and suffering.

Stay strong, beautiful.

One day, it will all be peaceful.

Keep on smiling.

All of this is just debris, left over from when you finally decided to smash all the things you were told.

Your worst days are over. You’ve made it, lovely.
