Faint after D&C...

I miscarried at 12 weeks, had a D&C sept 13th, started my period October 14th that lasted about 4.5 days (normal for me) and took a test yesterday just because and I see a positive. It’s faint but it’s there... my HCG level was 26 a week before I started my period... so I’m assuming it was zero when I started my period so this would be a new pregnancy right??
