Yoga ball
Hey ladies! So I got a yoga ball ( my cousin bought it for me) and I love it cause it’s super fun to bounce on,lol. But what’s the purpose of it in pregnancy? Im 39w1d. Lol I know it’s silly question i just never asked what the use was for. I just thanked her and started bouncing. Hahah
