Running, Mental Health and IVF

Hi all, I am due to start ICSI IVF Dec/Jan and just had a question regarding exercise. So, I have OCD and it's something I manage through running x3 times a week for 4 miles (usually takes me about 50mins) I am slow, but basically I do it to keep a clear head, it boosts my serotonin levels and keep me chilled. I also take Sertraline and use CBT tools to manage my unhelpful thinking. Anyhoo, I understand that I am going to have to reduce exercise during IVF. I wondered if anyone else has experienced anything similar and if they continued exercising or found any other forms which provided the same chilling effect?
