STARTED MY PERIOD DURING PHYS ED!!!

I am soooo embarrassed because I had phys ed fourth period today and I suddenly sneezed (out of nowhere for goddamns sake) and I felt something go and I was like shiiiiiiiiit. Then I felt something running down my leg, looked down and I was fuckin bleeding. Everyone started laughing at me (especially the boys that I was in the gym with) except my best friend who saw that I was crying my eyes out and she grabbed my wrist and ran out the gym with me and I then spent 20 minutes in the gym crying my eyes out while my best friend just hugged me. Then my teacher came in (thank god she was a woman) and said "you don't have to come back in if you don't want to" and I was so grateful. The rest of the day all the boys were teasing me about it and it seemed like by the end of the day, my entire grade new about it. The rest of my day has been absolutely shit so I just wanted to tell my story cause I know that this community is really supportive and that I hope this never ever EVER happens to anyone else because it's horrible.
